This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a historical town. The location is unbeatable, right in the center and close to all the restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a Jacuzzi in each suite. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

In terms of improvements, there's nothing to fault about this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the breakfast being plentiful and delivered to your room, to the large and comfortable bed.

The room was spacious and clean, with a modern and stylish decor. The jacuzzi was a great feature, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby town. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions.

The lack of air conditioning or a fan made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night, especially during the hot summer months. the windows did not have screens, making it impossible to open them without letting mosquitoes and other bugs into the room.

Spent Easter in a town center, close to many good restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and well-designed. The jacuzzi was great, cleaned daily, and we enjoyed the intimacy of the space. The breakfast was always replenished and easy to prepare in our room. We also loved how close the hotel was to Santander, Cabárceno, Comillas, and San Vicente de la Barquera.

The hotel parking spaces seemed reserved for residents, so we had to pay for parking. There were not enough hooks or space to hang towels and jackets, and we had to use the chairs, which made the room feel cluttered.

It was incredibly convenient to have it delivered to my room each day, allowing me to enjoy a plentiful breakfast at my own pace. The attention to detail and the overall experience made my stay truly enchanting.
